The Demi is a specialized furnishing service designed for clients looking to enhance select rooms or spaces. Design Phase I
The first phase of our projects is focused on defining the vision. Each client completes a preference survey and shares inspiration images to help us understand their style and goals. This phase also includes a welcome workshop in our design library, where we review preferences together and begin shaping the design direction.

Soft Selections & Styling
Design Phase II
In this phase, we focus on hard selections and schematic design for full-service projects. This includes finalizing cabinetry, countertops, tile, flooring, plumbing and lighting fixtures, and other permanent elements of the home. We prepare schematic drawings to illustrate these decisions and work closely with contractors to ensure alignment. This phase also includes facilitating and reviewing bids, ensuring they reflect the finalized selections with accuracy and detail.
